With more than three hundred million euros in investments, Torre Rioja is the Spanish developer considered to be the most innovative in the office sector. For the group's rebranding, the conceptual idea is based on a bird: the republican weaver or sociable weaver, a bird characterized by the large nests they build in order to be inhabited by numerous members of their species. The logo proposal combines two pillars that define Torre Rioja: a modern and strong typeface in dark color to convey the innovative and serious side of the sector; on the other hand the symbol of the bird in warm color to reflect the human side of the company.
